No Refunds on Assembled Kits:
We may use the information we collect for the following purposes:
Refunds for Unopened Kits Only:
Refunds will only be processed for robotics kits that remain unopened
and in their original packaging. If the seal is broken or the
packaging is tampered with, the product is considered used, and a
refund will not be issued.
Defective or Damaged Products:
In the rare event that a customer receives a defective or damaged kit, we
will gladly replace the product. Customers are requested to contact our
customer support within 7 days of receiving the product, providing details
and supporting evidence for verification.
Refund Process Timeline:
For eligible refund requests (unopened and in original condition), the
customer should contact our customer support within 14 days of the
purchase date. Once the return is approved, customers can expect a
refund within 15 business days, processed through the original method
of payment.
Condition of Returned Items
Returned items must be in their original condition, unopened,
unused, and with all tags and packaging intact.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these
criteria.
Return Shipping Responsibility:
Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with
returning the product. If the return is approved, the original
shipping costs will not be refunded, and any incurred return shipping
costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
